Published whatever they show. A pilot that failed and was reported counts as an output of this programme, not as an embarrassment to be quietly dropped.
No results yet
No pilot has started, so no pilot has results. The earliest realistic date for a first set of measured results is 2029, after the adaptation work in 2028.
What a results page will contain
- The measurement plan as it was published before the pilot started, unedited.
- Each measure, with the figure recorded against it.
- Who measured it, and whether they were independent of the pilot.
- Operating cost, including volunteer time valued at local wage rates.
- What we got wrong in the design, and what we would change.
